mmm… so Japanese :) this is what I ordered at “Ganko”. The white stuff in the lefthand corner is tofu, and it came with this interesting pink salt (in the bottle next to it) that was pretty delicious. Ah, zeitaku da!
dayum sonn! looking at this makes my mouth water. Mom’s order at the restaurant “Ganko” :) Nigiri zushi on one side, sashimi on the other, tempura, eggplant and other roots and veggies, miso soup, some egg-like custard thing that’s hard for me to describe, … and the list goes on.
